It’s Andy’s anniversary today so obv making a collage with all the pictures of Jesse at his wedding is a normal thing to do!!!
It’s been awhile since I posted this video of Jesse singing “Where Have You Been?” with Manchester Orchestra back in 2007. This show was the first time I saw either band play live and I can’t listen to this song without feeling like I’m 19 again, crushed in the middle of that crowd, absolutely breathless for a million different reasons.
On Thursday night I saw Manchester Orchestra play at the same venue. They closed with this song, and while it was a completely different performance from this video and the album version, it didn’t make me any less nostalgic. Music does that to you.
